It is still a thing. Nobody has sent in a full sheet so nobody has been accepted yet fully. To be accepted you have to fill out the sheet as indicated in the OP.

Alright. Would something along the lines of this be acceptable as a custom weapon? Possibly with less party-loading requirements? Nevermind, apparently 1st level is not the place for things that expensive .

Yes, but vikings don't feel like pirates, they feel like Nordic raiders. Both of them are pretty awesome, they just aren't the same.

They don't feel like the 'traditional' pirates, you mean. Vikings were first, so technically they're the traditional ones.

Besides which, magic wands are better than flintlock pistols anyway.

When you link that... I don't see any one thing linked. It looks like you are sending the DM to some Campaign Notes, not to a single weapon. Please explain what you are linking.

I would tend to disagree. You can't easily counter a good pistol. And I prefer wheelock myself.
