Current sheet.
It should be done.

Accepted, BUT, you must put a personality yo.

Sheet's done.

I already banned Dragonwrought... I really should have stuck with PHB I'm beginning to think. BUT... Yeah... No dragonwrought. You can consider my DMing style as strictly lactose intolerant. I can't even stand the smell of cheese for my first dming experience.

By the way, working on a (probably waitlist) character, is Aquatic Human, Bardic Sage class variant, and the Amphibious template (savage species, but there's a transcription of it here) acceptable?

No templates. No aquatic human. No Bardic Sage. Sorry...

I never really got why you have to put down the personality thing but whateves.

What's your opinion on my strategy? Go up 3 levels in rogue and 4 in fighter get the Daring Outlaw and Daring warrior feats and then go up in swashbuckler levels from there. Probably grabbing weapon proficiency for the rapier along the way too.

Yeah, pure core is pretty stifling, especially because I don't want to run a primary caster or melee fighter in two games at once. I might sit this one out.

I'm not running a dungeon crawl here. Character interactions and roleplay are also important to a character.

Well, yeah but a characters personality becomes quickly apparent in that case so... yeah.

I think he means the question of 'Why do we have to reveal exactly how our character is going to act from the get-go and thus limit ourselves, rather than allowing the character's personality to reveal and build on itself over time like an actual person's would be discovered?"

Personality isn't a straight jacket. I'm not asking for a detailed compilation of how they'd act in every situation. I just want to know who they are at the start. You can build on that over time. But fine, do what you want. The sheet's complete enough and mechanically simple enough for me to grasp.

I did add it. It's just something I always questioned.

Or should I skip the 4 levels in fighter and go just with 3 levels in rogue and then go all out swashbuckler?

Immaterial's character is accepted.

I've been advised by a mysterious Co-DM-esque person that I may be a bit too paranoid about stuff.

So I'm going to take his advice and say that I'll allow more stuff than just core. Please be kind with it at least. Still not allowing Dragonwrought.
