I'm beginning right nexto to Pasadena so if you guys want to work together I'm cool with it. The crips in my area are high in number but thats all they have going for them they're weak fighters so i can wreak some havoc if you guys can help me put together a small fighting force.

Do you need charisma to give orders to people working for you or just to recruit them? And what skill do you use for training people to sneak and fight?

Charisma is for anything verbal, so both. For teaching I'll just have it so that you can teach them one turn at a time until they are 3/4 your skill level in that skill.
