It looks like you told Hawk132 and Scotsmen about the Altadena shootings instead of the Downey shooting, bsnott? The number of deaths matches that story, anyway.

Honestly, it's kind of difficult to be a Watchdogs/Arrow/Batman-esque awesome vigilante without funding. :) There is a reason why all the vigilantes are billionaires.
