It clearly says "games", plural, throughout the article. Though the wording "at Steam Games on video games" does sound like they don't quite know how the whole publishing platform thing works.

"Cowboy BeBop on his computer" is a classic, for the stated reason that every single word in the caption is demonstrably wrong except for "on".

- Additionally, no such person called Cowboy BeBop even exists. BeBop is the name of the ship, and Cowboy means bounty hunter in the series.
- The person shown isn't a bounty hunter, therefore they're one of the few people who's not a Cowboy.
- second, it's not "his" since the depicted person is a girl, and it's not even the main character in the show.
- It's also not the depicted person's computer. In fact, it's one of the ship's a control consoles, not a computer.

Not necessarily. A terminal is not a computer, because it only handles I/O in a hard-wired way, and doesn't do computations.

If you look at dictionary definitions of computer the generally require that the device be programmable, and store / process information. For example, a pocket calculator has a CPU etc, some memory, but people generally wouldn't accept that if you said you're working on your computer and bring out a calculator.
