I'm pretty sure that's a (bolt-action) Mosin rifle. I dunno what folding thing you're talking about, though. A Mosin rifle does not, as far as I know, have a "folding thing that goes up".

Robbing a shop with a Mosin-Nagant should be classified as a crime against humanity. Everybody knows that with a rifle like that you could blow the whole building down and still have enough ammo to go make shitty webcam videos copying FPS Russia.
