I'd remove Mortality for all species.
Yeah, this means no more meat, but it also means crops can't die and we can harvest their fruits indefinitely, gardens will never fade, etc.

It also solves fossil-fuel derived pollution in the long run, since no more will form. Also a lot of other problems with the atmosphere, because of all the plants.

How would it work for harvesting things like wood and plant fiber? Even if you uproot the stump of a tree it keeps growing back?
