Speaking of Vegas, I present to you my favorite and most funny IMO mod for Fallout: New Vegas.

There's a really funny improv show called "Bunk" that I've been watching on Netflix. It's got some pretty funny bits. I especially like the bit in episode 2 where that bring in a gospel singer and then have the contestants try to come up with uninspiring things for her to sing ("Never masturbate with noise-cancelling headphones on unless you're sure there's no one else in the room"), the bit where they had to come up with new characters in the vein of the tooth fairy of the easter bunny ("I'm the Immigration Princess. Yes. Every time you let an illegal immigrant into the United States your parents will stay together for one more year") and the bit where they have to write a song to teach children about feelings ("You once had a scary uncle you never even knew; he died in the electric chair; for eating little children who didn't understand feelings; HE'S RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!!!!!!). If you have netflix I highly recommend that you look it up.
