First off, yes, I know that it's cruel to laugh at this. Chlamydia is a serious disease that can lead to all kinds of reproductive problems down the road, and the dumb kids who didn't know any better are the victims of ignorant lawmakers.

But still, come on. This is what happens when there is no sexual education. I hope the state of Texas learns a very valuable lesson, but the misanthropic side of me thinks it'd be even funnier if they didn't. I hope that they at least teach about antibiotics in schools there.

Yeah... It won't happen. The most that will happen is abstinence-based sex ed will become more prevalent, and we all know how much that does. For instance, the school I go to offers that, and practically half the students are parents (Yes, I'm exaggerating, but there really is a massive number of teen parents here).
