You pretty much need to hold up a big neon sign saying I AM ACTUALLY [FORMER NAME], and even then people are still saying "Wait, OW is II?" months down the track.

I was playing Red Orchestra 2 as a lowly rifleman, because that is generally the only class free when I play. Anyways, I spawn in next to my squad leader and see a German right in front of me. Unfortunately he's quicker on the draw and I die almost immediately. However one of my teammates picks him off right after, and in the kill feed I see: Kill Assist +1 Point. Obviously me geting shot was such a big help to my team. :P
