Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Well, they are Australian...
I don't get it.
New Zealanders are fond of making fun of Australians, and as a result, there are many jokes circulating. Some concern the... um... education of certain people.

QI does not play on Youtube because of country restrictions. You know what, though? Hulu has the whole series available to the US. ^_^

I overheard someone in gym saying thus:

"Is that a clitoris? Oh, it's your chin."

Works fine for me. Also no annoying Hulu ads. Commonwealth4life.

For some reason this video reduces me to a ball of laughter rolling around on the floor within half a minute. Does this qualify me as stupid? You be the judge.

So, today I saw a grade 10 kid trying to be cool and stuff.
He skipped the line at the microwave, put a plastic bag of noodles into it, set it for four minutes and the left, clicking his tongue and flicking his shirt as he did.
Then, one of my friends added an extra minute onto the time, so he came back and asked who stopped and restarted it. Then, I told him there was a line and he pretended he didn't know how the noodles got there. Then, he asked if we played xbox, then asked about PC. I told him I played bastion, and he told me "It sounds pretty gay". Then, he told me about how he could kick me from the bastion server in two seconds, "without even using Vac bans".
But wait, it gets better. He opens the microwave, and his plastic bag had broken and he gets covered in wet noodles. Karma!

So what you're saying here is that he dropped his spaghetti?
That is too good.

Madre: You know, I drove a beetle in high school. It was crap, the engine vapour locked every time I tried to go to the lake
Brother: Mom, we know exactly how you dealt with that
Me: "*stoner voice* man, I don't get what's up with my car, man"
Brother: "Mother earth, why did you lock up my engine, man?"
Me: "Bro, I guess i'll be stuck here for a whiiile"
Brother: "Oh well, the waves of life take me wherever, man!"
(lolling ensues)
