EDIT: Was watching a later (earlier?) video where he's screwing around in a 747 and is talking with the tower, and the dude in the tower had an incredibly familiar voice... I was trying to figure out where I'd heard his voice before, if he was some LPer who was trying out Flight Simulator X or some other media personality that I'd recognize...

And then I remembered the voice. He sounded exactly like a guy who was part of a gamer voice chat room I used to frequent.
