This is genuinely one of the best lines of dialogue I've heard in a videogame. The way it gets the emotion across is truly unparalleled.
The fallout games (minus 3 and 4) are amazing, even the dumbest scenes are great
fake edit: if you get the chance I highly recommend playing through the entirety of fallout 1 and 2 with one intelligence (the best/worst possible way to experience them)

I can definitely vouch for even just the early game of Fallout 2. You fulfilled the prophecy, and are now to be crowned as the Chosen One, to save your tribe from extinction... But the drooling has people worried.

Even mysterious old medicine man of mystery eventually gives up on the flowery prose and just says "look, kill the spitting plants in my garden and I'll give you something, okay?", and the high priestess has to repeat herself multiple times when telling you where to go (frustrated pointing is involved), as well as drawing a diagram of what the thing you're looking for looks like, and how to spell it.

She eventually mutters under her breath about how the gods had better not be just messing with the tribe by picking you of all people as the Chosen One.

I just love the story arc. When you get invested in the plotline of an advertisement campaign, you know that someone earned their paycheck.

So much better than the common dreck we get served all the time... But, really, I blame the clients. I imagine most advertising firms do actually contain a modicum of creative talent, but clients and customers are and will always be a bunch of dumbasses.

That was tremendous.

It was such a life-affirming moment when her friend pointed out to her that they're actually the same size.

That was a beautiful little moment, yes.
The whole thing was better than I could have expected though.  Wow XD

Despite growing up in Dixieland, I enjoyed that a lot.
Kinda like how I love 3 Dead Trolls talking shit about the US, despite being patriotic as hell.

It's funny because it's overly simple :P

"Let our motto ever be for union and for liberty" - I can't argue with this.

Let the puppies out this morning, and two of them immediately fell into the ditch and required rescue. When i tried to get them the rest of the puppies came running over and nearly fell in too. Its a pretty good puppy trap
