Worf going on about honor, Q being glorious nonsense... yeah I'd buy it.  Pretty damn in character.  Oh and time shenanigans, never forget the time shenanigans.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

"not popular" lol

Getting voted for when you're up against Trump doesn't really indicate anything in particular. If you were told to eat shit, or eat broken glass, and you choose to eat the shit, then shit would be "popular". It was an either/or choice.

Googling the term "clinton popularity poll" gave the first few links as showing that Clinton's personal numbers are below even Trump.

http://www.newsweek.com/trump-not-popular-hillary-clinton-even-worse-approval-rating-polls-661070

All positive responses are 36% for Trump and 30% for Clinton. That's the thing about popular/not-popular. Personally, i don't mind Clinton at all. But "popular" trumps what I think or you think, it's about what things like these polls actually show. I'd argue that things like the election are under duress, since if you didn't vote for Clinton, you get Trump. Elections only  report relative popularity. e.g. the election was only asking "who do you like better Clinton or Trump". Which, since both were deeply unpopular wasn't an endorsement for the popularity of either candidate.

I've only watched a few episodes of Star Trek, pretty much all of them at my old DM's house (and I don't think that bald dude was captain in the ones I saw), but that's still quite entertaining.

I bet Romney's polling pretty poorly too.  Most people distance themselves from failed causes...  Particularly if they're a convenient scapegoat.

Trump beat Clinton, but he also beat all the REAL Republican nominees.  Despite the GOP's every effort, including their pocket news programs.  Clinton was the wrong candidate for an election where the electorate swung for desperate populism.

And still she got more votes than any white male, apparently?  Nice.

Hot on the heels of the Bot-generated Harry Potter chapter, we have a Startrek TNG opening scene created by bots.

-imagesnip-

The crew hanging out at a tourist trap In Spacetm while the Enterprise undergoes repairs sounds like it could be a real episode of TNG.

I could have sworn there was an episode(or three) like that.

Yeah, except it's not a true story. It was printed in the UK equivalent of those Weekly World News fake newspapers. Always funnier if it's actually true.

Actually, that one's the Sunday Sport. Which is "a British tabloid that publishes a mixture of softcore pornography, gossip, and outlandish stories such as “Donkey Robs Bank,” and “Aliens Turned Our Son Into a Fish Finger.”

Yeah, you probably didn't know that the UK has a tier of tabloids below even the DM. Just google image "sunday sport". There are just too many to pick from, so have this one:
