Hmm...
You know, I just thought up a character concept that would be presumably fun to play if FATAL was actually playable, relying on the clusterfuckery and hatassery of everybody else. Role playing a decent person, trying to fight for actual good and shit.

Playing the token good teammate in an RPG is always less fun than playing the token evil teammate.

If an evil guy sees his teammates rescuing people he doesn't have to do anything.  If the Paladin sees his teammates eating babies then he has to do something, usually fight them and die.
This is one of the reasons I don't like 4e's alignment simplifying, ahaha. They removed the four coolest alignments, which were the ones that were always the most fun to play.

And that makes it less fun?

I'm going to guess that the thickness is of something other than the slices produced by the lazy people device.

That makes me very uncomfortable. Cross-my-legs-and-scroll-down-the-page uncomfortable.

"Mommy, we were building a city, and [middle sister] said we should make a jail, and I asked her why because there's no thieves, and she said there actually where thieves. So, I asked her, 'Lego thieves'?
And she said yes, and I said 'I'm gonna tell mom!', and then she called me a tattletale!"
And this is why children must have their imagination crushed out of them.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

I really don't get it when children are like that.

"X said [thing]!"
"Okay, and?"
"...but they said it!"

The Zoegate thread, in a bit of a cynical what-is-wrong-with-the-human-race way. Before I even logged in, I was pretty sure that it would both exist, and probably be locked. What an unbelievably toxic subject.

TotalBiscuit has a history of engaging with trolls, so I'm not surprised he got drawn into this.

Somebody is getting paid to write on the behalf of youporn.
This makes me kind of jealous.

Puppet fetishes? Cars?

Really, if it exists, there's a person with a fetish over it. There's probably someone fantasising over Barringer Crater somewhere.
Haha. Haha.
You say puppet fetishes like it isn't a thing.

Would you like to play a game?
