For those who don't understand: they are holding the soldering irons by the bit, the part that becomes hot enough to melt solder (180-190 °C) while in use. They either have never been near a powered-on soldering iron, or are badass enough to shrug off their skin and flesh being burnt.

Soldering a motherboard is excusable if one knows exactly what they're doing. Replacing parts, resoldering after overheating... I have no idea what the hard drive is for, though.

Another note: while safety goggles are a good idea when handling liquid metal, I question the wisdom of wearing a tank top that doesn't completely cover one's chest. If you've ever cooked greasy food barechested, you know what I mean.
