Then it gets really weird when the glove lodges in their skull

One of my favourite scenes from the Belgariad or Mallorean, I forget which, involves someone being challenged to a duel by taking a gothic gauntlet to the teeth. Not that weird.

It's fairly weird when silk gloves crack your skull open and lodge in your brain though

Seems pretty standard for DF mechanics, though.

I mean, this is a game where you can chop night trolls in half by stabbing them with a fork.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Wasn't that in Men In Tights?

I'm going to do the smart thing here and disengage. This isn't a hill I paticularly care to die on.

Who actually is the community of Yahoo Answers? A decent portion believe in astrology, more than half say that Ouija boards will for real make you be haunted by ghosts and demons, and they can't even do dank memes properly.

I AM YAHOO ANSWERS

...Can we at least get the answer to that?

... Yes, the hugs are for everyone.  No stabbing, though.  Just hugs.

We are scared of the skeleton, because he is us. He is us without our protection, he is us at our barest. The skeleton is the most human of us all, and we fear them for it.

No, we fear the skeleton not because they expose us at our most base and instinctive level of humanity, but because they are us without humanity. No matter with which to make a body, or a heart. No blood to course with warmth inside us. No love, only coldness and a dark, dank feel of the utter meaningless of life.

But what about Skeleton Man, who is half-man, half-skeleton, and fights his evil nemesis, Skin Man?

Yea, and skulduggery pleasant is going to appear and kick some ass for you.

Don't buy good skeletons - they all have a bone to pick with man-kind.

Don't you get it? The person asking the question is aware that her disbelief of skeletons is a mark of insanity. This is why she is asking for help.

Looking for skeletons, you will not find them, until you realize the greatest truth...skeleton lies within us all.
