wow mate why do you keep posting stuff and commenting on it yourself. I've seen pages with 80'% of the posts being yours.
Check the fifth response.

For those who aren't aware and didn't read any farther, "A Lone Tenno" is the moniker for users who comment without logging in, functionally the same as "Anonymous" on other sites.

Sesame street does Game of Thrones. This means that a Sean Bean muppet now exists.

Told my wee bro a ghost followed him home from an abandoned house he was at. I said it would get him while he slept. Let him sleep. Got up at six. Put hand under cold tap. Grabbed him with said hand.

Cue predictable results  :D

I think I've come up with an idea for the most offensive and terrible movie ever made. I'm kind of reluctant to describe the plot, except that it's offensive and terrible in a really tacky way.

I'm working on a text based RPG for my A-level computing project.

I've just realised that there's a bug unintended feature in the combat mechanics. It is possible to roll negative numbers on combat rolls. This is intentional, and you end up hitting yourself with your own weapon. I've just realised this also works with ranged weapons. Combined with the program randomly targeting body parts, it makes it entirely possible to shoot yourself in the head with a longbow.

Is it a project you'd recommend? I'm kind of pondering what I'll be working on next year and a text based game was obviously (I mean, this forum is run by Toady) one of the first things that came to mind.

I'd recommend it, but they've just changed the specifications, which come into effect next academic year (I think). It's much more programming focused next year, which annoys me because that's what I'm good at. Stupid AQA.  >:(

If you do go for a game, just remember that you've got to find a "user" for your game. The write up is the hardest part.

I hate paperwork. Just let me program the damn thing. I hate AQA.

BTW, which language are you using? I'm using Pascal.

It may very well be the worst.

Well they use it to teach programming at my school. I still think it would have been better to learn C#, but that was what we were taught.
