What's happening with Homestuck? I gave up on it after reading Homestuck^2.

It's a series of edits of Steven Universe (the cartoon) screenshots, changing out the characters with others from various franchises, mostly other cartoons and the like. Like Steven is Vriska Homestuck, whose parents are Sans Undertale (Greg) and Komaeda from Danganronpa (Rose Quartz). Ostensibly the characters are "sexymen", but Vriska doesn't really fall into that category, and neither does Asuka from Evangelion who replaces Amethyst.

I should say it's the funny kind of terrible, the kind in which part of the humor depends on you knowing about Tumblr's relationship with the Onceler, not the morally reprehensible kind. It's probably a hit or miss, since so much of it depends on knowing the characters, and the absurdity (and arbitrage, there's nothing "fitting" about any replacements) of the new cast.
The "(regrattably) Twitter" is just regret that something funny is happening over at Twitter.
