Help with save

Im getting an error on loading one of my saves:

One of the compressed files on disk has errors in it. Restore from backup if you are able.

What should I do?

Im running a Windows 7 x86 PC. Im trying to find the solution.

Found something, turned off COMPRESSED_SAVES, and still give error.
