I've met people who have this kind of doublethink. They seem to think Israel is the best place for Jews, mostly because if they're in Israel they can't be in their hometown.

There's an element of this in there too, but my bunch strongly dislikes Jews on the grounds that they reject Jesus as the Son of God. They also respect them as God's chosen people, and because they "Kicked the Mohammedists out of the Holy Land."

They're a hard bunch to understand.

I'm a Christian myself, and I must say that it really depends on which Chick Tract you choose. Some of them are basic Christian faith and messages (e.g. This Was Your Life or The Greatest Story Ever Told), some some are well-intentioned, but old-fashioned and misguided (e.g. Home Alone? or Dark Dungeons), and others are just downright paranoid (e.g. The Awful Truth).
