Keroe: Make bone crafts
Rigor: sorry but you still can't collect any clay until you acquire some firesafe stone, attempting to dig underpass under the river.
Cain:Making forge, (for fuel you'll need a wood furnace for charcoal or a smelter for making coal into coke, either of which would also require an iron bar or other fire safe material. do you want to use an iron bar?)
Raziel:beg for iron bars.
Kalkor:dig out personal rooms (no problem to add them to the current hovel, but do you want to wait until the aquifer is pierced?)
I'll generally ignore dabbling skills or unremarkable low level skills (like grower or whatever)
Rigor Gazcubor: Master miner, competent engraver, novice potter, adequate herbalist
Kalkor gemstrike: Competent hammerdwarf, novice shield+armor user + dodger, Skilled miner
Keroe: Talented carpenter, novice cook+butcher+bonecarver
Cain: Talented woodcutter, adequate furnace operator+weaponsmith+metalsmith, Novice armorsmith
Teledwarf: Novice speardwarf+armor user + dodger + Wrestler + fighter +animal caretaker +animal trainer
Raziel: Adequate armorsmith

Neblime: Novice building designer, proficient organizer, talented record keeper
NPC skills: a competent swordsdwarf/novice carpenter, 2 novice farmers (various skills) 2 novice fisherdwarfs and 4 skilless children
