Oh, that reminds me, journal xp? I never really got into that, but I figured if it exists, people wouldn't know...

Right, you can gain .10 levels worth of XP by doing an in-character journal, provided that it is of decent quality.

If someone has a barbarian character and is thus illiterate, and posts a picture of random scribbles, does that count for Journal EXP? :P

I'm still not entirely sure how the game and setting was introduced, so I might have difficulty.

Have you gotten anyone in particular in mind for my Mentor, Shonus?

I'm rather annoyed right now with the distinct lack of PrCs for a fighter that emphasizes defense, that also isn't a Lawful-something knight archtype(not that I'm against going the knight route for my char, almost all of them require lawful alignment.) Even though I came up with a PrC to alliveate this problem, it is only 5 levels long, leaving me with a "What now?" question(and I'm thinking of making the BaB restriction on that only +4, as you can get ALL the feats required by level 2).

Basically, any ideas for after that?

Edit: Also, you din't answer my question on Weapons of Legacy

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

I'm not opposed to the book itself, but none of the item backstories fit the campaign world.

Role: I have no particular character in mind at present.

Well, from the S.R.D. there is duellist, which is a pain to get into and starts slow, but finally becomes quite defensive at class level 7ish. You could maybe talk The D.M. into letting you qualify for the class at level 5 like most other prestige classes, and maybe add a half-strength version of elaborate parry at 3rd or fourth level. Dragon Disciple gains natural armour, D12s, and constitution... Horizon walker can make you somewhat resistant to certain ailments... The skills are a pain, and low reflex mitigates it a lot, but Shadowdancer is almost all defensive...

What about Hellreaver? Divine Resolve, Divine Shield, Mettle, and lots of self-healing will make you hard to kill.

I was more along the lines of in it was ok to found my own legacy :P

Or you can roll up a custom legacy weapon/armor if that's not appealing

That's more appropriate to the campaign. One of the interesting things about an apocalyptic setting is buidling something new from the ashes of the old.

Well, that's not going to be happening for a while(the best candidates for a legacy is a +1 item), but it's nice to know  ahead of time :)

So, game today?
