Grab the rope (or Beolas, if that would be more convenient) and try to prevent Sascha's imminent accelerated y-axis migration.

Oleg helps keep the rope steady while Darwyn ties some of Ness's onto the end of his own. Sacha is lowered another fifty feet (Rolep didn't mark how much he had, so I'm going with default), leaving her dangling around ten feet above a dimly lit purple floor.

Sacha, you see a passageway leading off to your... west? No, east. You forgot. It's leading off to your left.

"Hey guys! I'm going to look around down here okay? I'll see if I can't find a ladder or something to get up to the rope. Just leave it there okay? I might need to move quickly."

Jump down to the floor carefully. Then go left

((You can make a jump check to avoid 10 feet of falling damage; tumble is because acrobatic flipping and somersaulting mid-combat aren't actually easy to do.))

Sacha successfully jumps down, and discovered that there is not one spot down here that is not completely covered in moss. The strange purple light comes from, weirdly enough, mushrooms, and the corridor you saw leads to a very roughly-hewn cave.

There's also, roughly, a twenty-foot drop down from the corridor to the cave floor.

"SON OF A BITCH!!!!" Sacha says as she throws the nearest rock as hard as she can into the drop "GUYS! WE'RE NOT GOING ANY FURTHER! THERE'S A TWENTY FOOT DROP!"

Darwyn would have thrown his hands up in frustration if he weren't busy holding the rope.

"There must be SOME way down! Maybe we missed another passageway, or some stairs!"

"I'M NOT SEEING ANY!"

Beolas thinks for a moment, then roars down, "HOW ROUGH ARE THE WALLS OF THE SECOND CLIFF, SACHA?"

Sacha notes that the cliff has extremely rough walls.

"Can't we just go buy some rope from the dwarves or something? They've got to have some."
