[Tawa]

You all sail toward the island. There is a small dock with a lone, small ship moored.

On the island is a small village of dwarves. There is a lone street, lined with homes and what appears to be a lone tavern, "The Emerald Wagon". Funny name-- what's a wagon? The dwarves wave at you, clearly excited to have visitors. The dirt road leads off to the mountain and a few small farm plots, growing seemingly field after field of Longland grass.

[Flying Dice]

Beolas waves back, hailing the dwarves, before glancing at the rest of the party, "Let's get ashore, then? At the very least we can make talk with friendly faces."

[Nerjin]

"Hm... Dwarves. Should be fun for a cleric of Tenshed. I agree, Beolas. Onwards to shore."

[Sirus]

"They certainly seem friendly enough," Darwyn agreed, waving at the dwarves. A thought struck him.

"I don't suppose anyone here speaks Dwarven? Might come in handy."

[Rolepgeek]

"Yay new people!" Ness says, acting more childish than she really is for the amusement.

"They...they should speak Common or something, too, though, right? If nothing else, I think Gig might know Dwarven, or they might speak Gnome. He seems smart enough to."

[Nerjin]

"Unlikely, Gig hasn't said a damn thing this entire trip. Not that I"m complaining."

[Tawa]

One of the dwarves comes up to you. He is dressed in purple clothes, denoting his noble status.

"Welcome!", he greets you. "I am the mayor, Dedak. This is our mining island, Megidltemos! What might you be doing here?"

[Sirus]

"Exploration, mostly. Striking out to see what can be seen."

[Flying Dice]

"Aye, he said it well enough. We're sailing where the wind takes us, charting th' seas."

[Nerjin]

"Yes, we are exploring the vast seas to fulfill the wish of a dearly departed friend. His last wish was for us to explore the oceans and help those we come across. I don't suppose there is anyone in this fine mining island that might need tending? As a woman of the gods it is my solemn duty to help those in need." Sacha said with a smile.

[Rolepgeek]

"Do you wanna help?" Ness asks, a wide smile on her face. She's wandering the beach as she calls this out, looking at everything and apparently amazed by it, or at least something close to amazed.

[Nerjin]

"Of course Ness. I am a woman of the gods and judging by our current hosts height I am sure that Nish would love for me to help his children."

[Rolepgeek]

"I w's talkin' to th' dwarf, not you," Ness mutters as she comes to a stop near the group, hair flying everywhere despite the bands and braids that were meant to keep it from getting unruly. She was no longer wearing shoes, somehow. Not that shoes were much good on a ship anyhow, most of the time. This was mentionable because now her feet were coated in sand.

[Sirus]

"I'm sure we can all provide some assistance if your people need it, Dedak. We're sometimes a fairly useful bunch."

[Avis-Mergulus]

Oleg is just standng there, his posture relaxed. He realizes he isn't really the ideal spokesman for the group (unless intimidation is involved), so he keeps silent for now.
