Ranger hm? Maybe...

Don't know what a swordsage is. Nor a Marshal.

Perhaps... I dunno. Still, Sacha is not Paladin material.

I think that swordsages are like tier 3 fighters or something, created by Ye Olde Oceanside Sorcerers when they realized that such a core class was just borked.

I dunno. Perhaps. I almost want to go with Dragon Shaman but that's not... something... Sacha worships the god of Kobolds yes?

I heard you wanted to try one of those out, and with likely rejection from the latest pbp campaign, I could look into the possibilities of multiclassing into it.

Alternatively, you could reserve a spot in that thing I mentioned in the WTF thread yesterday and implement your hypothetical shaman there when I get around to it.

this is not the preemptive advertisement you are looking for

Bah... Multiclassing is weird. The more I think of it the less I could see Sacha doing it. I think I'll stick with Cleric for a bit longer than originally planned.

:P Google's great for that sorta thing.

Also, you could just ask to trade in some stuff for weapon proficiencies.

Looked into Marshal. I don't really care for the class. I don't think I'd have fun with it. As for the Paladin of Tyranny I looked into it as well and... just no thank you. Same issue with the rules Sacha would have to follow.

Right now I'm considering either Fighter or Ranger.

Ranger nets you a sidekick and bonuses, fighter gets you extra feats.

Take yer pick.

I'm dipping. Ranger doesn't get a side-kick until Level 4. Fighter gets me a bonus feat at Level 1.

Hmmm.
Fighter has a bigger hit die, tower shields, and feat choice.

Ranger has huge skill list, favored enemy, and Track.

Take yer pick.

Well... I think I'm sticking with Ranger. I have no use for Tower Shields and the only feat I can see that I'd like is weapon focus..
