A dead body is dead either way. Whether it's helping somebody or just sitting there I wouldn't think it matters.

You know, someone's gonna read this thread and think "Gosh, that Nerjin sure is a prick. Picked a Lawful Evil character just to screw up the party."

I can't wait for them to say it!
Undeath is seen as a perversion of the natural order of things and druids are basically opposed to them no matter what alignment they are.

What a fun road trip this'll be.

"I create undead. A skeleton, if you please."
*Skeleton pops out of corpse*
"I, Darwyn the Druid, do not agree with this. Cure Minor Wounds."
*Skeleton dies*
"Hey... THat's not cool Darwyn. Create another skeleton."
"I, RPG's character, AM A PALADIN OF LIGHT! DIE FOUL BEAST! CURE LIGHT WOUNDS!"
*Skeleton Dies*
"AND NOW YOU, EVIL ONE, MUST DIE AS IT IS MY CLASS DESCRIPTION! SMITE!"
*Sacha dies*
"I... I... Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Blech!"

Hey Nerjin

I told you I wasn't gonna be Stupid Good.

Please don't make me out be be.

Besides, I'm Chaotic, I'll just....reeducate you. Liberal Crime Squad style.

Sidenote: If you've ever read Two Guys and Guy, I basically imagine Sacha to be Guy, at the moment, but with less violence and more plotting.

I know you're not. But it's less fun if I say:

"I'm going to create an undead."
*Appropriate and proportional response.*

Ya know?

Also, good luck with that re-education.

Oh they'll have some harsh talks about it.

As long as Ness doesn't think you're fucking with their soul or something she probably won't actuslly care though. That and not digging up bodies without the family's permission. But the bandits who just attacked us and died are fair game, in all likelihood(and probably make better undead anyway since they're more likely to be fit).

Look up necromancy guides, by the way. I like playing strategists, and Dread Necromancers are quite a lot of fun to play as, but clerics can also make some damn good army-leaders. Not quite as good, of course, but you take what you can get.

Plus, bard+army=win. There's an Awaken Undead spell so they can have class levels and shit too. And benefit from morale bonuses.

As a player, I look forward to this greatly.
As my character, I will probably vomit. A lot. All over you. Sorry.

Is fine. I have create water remember? And I don't really see Sacha as the conquering type. The undead thing will probably be more of a... collection of sorts. If that makes sense.

I got bored so I decided to compare characters! [Highert ---> Lowest]

Age: Darwyn [35], Olege [29], Sacha [21], Beolas [20], Ness [19], Gig [17]. (Why are us young folk friendly with the ancients over there?)

Height: Oleg [6'2"], Beolas [6'2"], Sacha [5'11"], Darwyn [5'8"], Ness [5'5"] Gig [~3'] (I just assumed when Gig said short he meant short for a Gnome)

HP: Beolas [15hp], Sacha [13hp], Oleg [9hp], Darwyn [8hp], Ness [8hp], Gig [6hp]

Strength: Beolas [18], Oleg [16], Darwyn [12], Sacha [11], Ness [10], Gig [9]

Dexterity: Oleg [15], Beolas [14], Ness [14], Gig [12], Sacha [11], Darwyn [10]

Constitution: Beolas [16], Sacha, Ness, Gig [14], Oleg [12], Darwyn [10]

Intelligence: Gig [18], Darwyn [14], Sacha, Ness [12], Oleg [8], Beolas [6]

Wisdom: Darwyn [16], Sacha, Oleg [14], Gig [12], Beolas, Ness [8]

Charisma: Ness [16], Sacha [14], Darwyn [12], Oleg [11], Gig [7], Beolas [6]

Ness is actually 5'5" now. I changed it when I decided I was going for a girl.

Must be a recent change. I had all the sheets opened not too long before posting that.

Ah, which sucks. I'm really eager for the rest of the party to actually show up. I'm not entirely sure why gig the worlds youngest wizard hasn't shown up yet actually...

As for Ness, is there an ETA on how long it'll take you to redo the stuff?

Well, if I had my computer/once I have my computer it'll take me maybe 10-20 min to write up her personality and copy/paste her description from where I managed to save it(I tried to save both and accidentally pasted the description over the personality, and I cared about the personality more since it was longer...). On my tablet or whatever you wanna call it, doing her personality would probably take me around 15-30 minutes, as long as I didn't stop out of frustration and annoyance.

But I also have chores, which will take, at minimum, another hour and a half, I expect. Stupid weeding.

Edit: And then it'll probably be another 10-20 minutes for me to decide on all her little knick-knacks and what not that she's bringing.

Don't forget oil and torches. No such thing as too much oil or too many torches. Hehe.

Actually, as far as the Evil discussion goes re: webcomic examples, Belkar isn't a bad choice for a well-played Chaotic Evil type, insofar as that he is faithful both to his alignment and the specifics of his character without being too much of a pain in the ass for the party (except for that one time, I'll leave you to figure out which one). And heck, Good characters (especially Lawful ones) are arguably just as disruptive as Evil characters (especially Chaotic ones) when played as their Stupid variants, it's just that by-and-large societies which PCs interact with in ways other than "Ooh, kobolds, lets' smash 'em!" tend to be some variant on Good or Good-lite Neutral, so them being obnoxious about their alignment IC is just annoying and obstructive rather than outright lethal-by-association.

Un-serious question: Do I get RP xp for putting my L4, 8, &c. ability points in my dump stats?  :P

You can do that if you want. I'm gonna put extra attribute points into Wisdom as much as possible for bonus spells :P

Speaking of, I still need to figure out what today's spells are >.>
