(Saeberth isn't going to be very happy in this campaign, is he?)
It's mostly just dead things standing back up.

He'll be fine.

"No worry, Saeberth. See. Sit!"
The zombies obediently sat.
"Stand!"
They slowly stood, one stumbling slightly.
"See. Nothing worry."

Saeberth looks at Chaika, casting a glance that says something along the lines of

"That's still pretty freaky, but whatever."

"I say we climb down."

Ishmael steps away from the well, turning to face the group.
"I see nothing of note at the bottom, aside from the fire, which I suppose you can all see. Can you," turning now to address Chaika specifically, "get one of the zombies to climb down the ladder first? If there are any blade traps or the like on the ladder, I suspect it is much less likely to start screaming and alert the enemy if it is struck."
She pauses for a moment.
"Also, less likely to die."
Ishmael turns back to face the well, and stands still for a few seconds, pondering. "Actually, do any of you have any rope?"

Chaika named the zombies Gulthun and Zarn.

Silently, she focused, and commanded Gulthun to climb down the ladder.

Slowly, it obeyed.
Look into tunnel. Fight only attackers or what ordered by me. she commanded, her mind melded with the sense of rot and twists of negative energy.

Gulthun the zombie looks into the tunnel, and proceeds a short distance to set off any traps.

Gulthun climbs down the well, having trouble at first but quickly makes it down, and sets foot in the fire. Oddly, it doesn't seem to be burnt in any way. It advances a short distance down the tunnel, putting it out of sight.

"Hm, that fire might be an illusion."

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

"Hah. Hah. Hah. Yeah, I'll rephrase that; it's pretty obviously an illusion. Let's just get down there."

Malkor follows the group down

Malkor, Rikas, and Ishmael climb down the well, following the zombie. It's quite cramped, but you can see burning torches lining the tunnel walls, though one of them is extinguished. At the end of the hall is a door, made of what looks to be brass.

Saeberth pushes his way past his party members, and makes it into a cramped corridor, lit by cold fires similar to the one in the well set into the walls. He comes to a door, and can hear what sounds like a door being slowly opened, and then closed through it.
