Back inside.
(tails, failure)
Fix the ship!
(tails, failure)
You don't know where to begin. You don't even know what all is wrong with it.
Try to rip the tooth out then go back inside. (Deus then Baldwin.)
(tails, failure)
The tooth is bigger than you. You are thrown off as the bat tries to snap you up.
(heads, success)
Fortunately, you manage to sprint to safety before it can eat you.
See if the ship has any weapons installed. If it does, turn them on.
(tails, failure)
The control panels indicate that the ship needs to be mobile to defend itself.
Hide in the fur/bristles!
(tails, failure)
A bat swoops in unseen over head, and the wind from its wings pulls you away from the ship. A giant head turns towards you...
Eh, save the ship, Do it anyway.
(heads, success)
You can sense your comrades' distress, feel their thoughts. Just a few more... Yes! As 2 more souls download into you, your glow becomes blinding. Beams of your radiance shine out the cockpit's 2 windows. Everything around you is made of tiny strings of energy tied together, and as you pour yourself into the ship's systems, spreading throughout, the strings unravel and reform. The entire ship takes on a white glow, illuminating the air around it. Indeed, the ship has an outwardly bat-like shape, but the true bats flee from the intensity of its light.
The spike in the ship's spine falls out, the cables within knit back together. Loose panels tighten. Broken mechanisms snap back into place. Pure energy crackles through the air, before coalescing into a new pipe. The shoddy patches in the air sacs fuse seamlessly into the material, making them good as new. The instruments in the cockpit begin to light again, the broken ones flickering back on, shorted circuits begin flowing with power again, cracked screens smoothing out.
Then comes the drain. You feel your mind disintegrating, splitting in half. You try to pull yourself free of the ship's systems, as you seem to be dissolving into them, losing yourself. With a mighty mental tug, you sever yourself, feeling the great power of your mind drain out into the ship and fill the rest of it's gaps. After a few seconds, both your glow and the ship's subside.
The alarms have stopped. The lights are on inside. The bats are gone.
