"Omnis Arcanum" almost sounds like fake-latin for "all the artifacts", or at least "all the magics".

The intro to the Inquisitor: Martyr game just got released as a trailer. Its got some cool shots of weaponized space cathedrals, which is always good.

It was quite brutal actually. Who knew you could suffer major head trauma from undergarments?

Yeah those are capable of operation on oxygen deprived environments.

They're not, actually, that's the point. They're capable of being dropped from very low orbit into atmosphere from carrier ships, but actual space flight is not something Valkyries can do, since all they have is air-breathing jet engines.

I guess they decided they'd rather go for dat silhouette recognition rather than accuracy.

(Unless the inquisitor has had a shuttle built in the shape of a valkyrie...)

I reckon an arvus lander or a aquila shuttle would have been more orthodox.

But isn't prometheum fuel and oxidizer at the same time? That would allow in theory to flight on space. If deployment from low orbit is achievable then operation a few minutes on space should too.

That or it could be a modified valk for the inquisitor. Or they went for the rule of cool effect.

As much as I would like a new 40k game to sink my teeth in to, I feel guilty I haven't put in the time on Battlefleet Gothic Armada, I'm not too keen on Early Access games these days and there felt a like a lot of blandness in gameplay that Inquisitor: Martyr needed to address the last time I looked at it.

Storm ravens have jet engines too, don't they?

Maybe they shoot oxygen into the engines via tanks?

For some reason, I thought you meant, oxygen is delivered to the Storm Raven's engine via a Leman Russ' main gun.

Then again, the Orks at least might actually try that. And it might actually work.

That's the orkiest method of oxidizer injection I've ever heard.

For some reason, I thought you meant, oxygen is delivered to the Storm Raven's engine via several mega-bolters crudely duct-taped together.

Then again, the Orks for certain might actually try that. And it would actually work.
