The Legion of the Damned is constantly on fire. Maybe give them some pointy ears or something to fool enemies into thinking they're Xenos.

New IG codex seems to be bonkers

from previews :

catachans get + 1 to strength, so they are strong as space marines

catachans get to reroll ammount of shots fired for weapons with dice rolled ammount of shots(mostly explosives), so they get REALLY HIGH EXPLOSIVE EXP.LOSIVES. (sadly, seems, that Sly Marbo is not returning  )

And when you charge their positions, you can suddenly discover, that, guess what, yes, you stepped on lots of explosives.

mordians get to overwatch on 5, and with strategem they can hit overwatch on 4+, so imperial guard gets overwatch accuracy undreamt of.

mordians get infantry order, which just allows them to casually form firing line and execute enemy commanders

And leman russes can fire their main weapon in the same target twice, if they moved not further then half of their move distance without penalty for firing heavy weapons, so we have Leman russ punishers firing 40 shots out of punisher gattling cannon again.
And then we have knight commander Pask firing fourty shells burst out of gattling cannon  with
sniper accuracy.
