Only about 8 people are confirmed Perpetuals.
Being a Perpetual can be explained as having the shittiest possible luck - you cannot die, and in the Grim Darkness of Far Future that means suffering. A lot of it.

Vulkan demonstrates that repeatedly dying in violent, traumatic ways will eventually fux0r your brain. Even a Primarch's brain.

You can die for the emperor infinite ammount of times - that is like never ending jolly dream for anyone from Krieg.
Also, if perpetuals keep their skills and knowledge, his murdering skill would  rise to Sly ,, I hunt lictors with my knife for sport " Marbo levels in no time.

In fairness, the repeated killing was divided between Konrad Curze and planetary re-entry. Somewhat of an extreme circumstance.

That might honestly destroy a Kreiger. They don't have a lot of weak spots, but not being able to die would be one since it equates to eternal damnation.

You'd probably eventually get the opposite of the mysterious masked warrior; an unknown Krieger (i.e., the same as every other Kreiger) with no helmet (blown apart years ago, rarely replaced).
