Emprah have mercy on the galaxy if the kroot ever decide to become conquerors.
The kroot could be pretty dangerous as tyranid-lite.  But not even close to the same level, really.  The Tau provide space travel, air support, fire support, and unity.  Without all that, they would only "tyrannize" a few planets :P
Thing is: there are independent kroot mercenaries all over the galaxy. They are even considered sanctioned xenos when Rogue Traders and Inquisitors are involved.

As I recall the Kroot homeworld still has the tech they used to invent their original space travel on it and they occasionally churn out their spherical ships of doom that slowly drift through the void with the firepower of a fleet strapped to them.

Kroot are actually pretty dangerous despite being scattered and relatively low population.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

Important to note that quote is attributed to a Blood Axe Ork. Their clan is seen as the least 'Orky' by the other clans because they understand Humie concepts like retreating, flanking and not just charging screaming at the top of your lungs.

Most Orks would krump you if you tried to use that to sum them up to their face, since you said they might run away.  :P

Ah, but a Blood Axes boy is probably painted with purple, which means the boyz from other klans can't krump what they can't see.

I thought that Orks ran away, they just don't do the whole "retreat" thing. They have morale, right? Individual Orkz can assess their current situation with an eye to their self-preservation and decide "We'z gunna die!" and run for their pathetic fungal lives, but Ork leaders either never retreat because they personally aren't in danger, or don't retreat because weakness means the other orkz will think they've gone soft.

Insinuating that an ork is gonna lose is a grave insult, but actually staring death in the face is a different matter. Maybe I'm totally wrong, but all the Orkz in the games I'm aware of have morale, and generally pretty poor morale at that. They can be cowardly in the face of death, they just get around that problem by not considering the consequences of anything until its too late.

I've heard it best explained that they don't have empathy for anything else, which makes them unable to look at their fellow Ork being exploded by rockets and make the connection "shit, that might happen to me, I better run away".

This is also why it's so effective to kill an Ork boss in a duel, because every Ork there will look at their boss being killed by the dude and go 'oh damn, boss got killed and I'm not as good as the boss! Better run!' without considering that they all could just mob the dude.

Orks have morale, but they don't have fear of death, which is hard to disconnect. It's along the lines of wanting to be in the fight or not. They don't mind trading blows, but a one-sided fight against them isn't any fun.

That goes either way, as well. Orks don't like curbstomps for their favor. No fun, then!

So question..

When it comes to Primarch gene seed which ones are easiest to successfully implant? As in, which ones will usually actually produce a neophyte?

I'm speaking of ALL of the primarchs also btw. I found on the lexicanum a mutational chart but that's not exactly what I am looking for.
