It's fan fiction at worst, some shady rumour of a crazy theory at best. Fake at both instances.

Well, seeing how there are creatures that are indeed biological immortal I don't see so far-fetched he would simply shut down his ageing genes.

I'm curious as to how a tank would evolve. Would it climb out of the primordial ooze wiggling it's track-nubs, feeding on smaller jeeps before crawling onto the shore having evolved proper treds?
My ship exploded midflight, but all the shrapnel totally landed on Alpha Centauri before anyone else did.  Bow before me world leaders!

Who says it moves faster or slower?

Though once again because "People don't understand more then two cardinal directions" it is probably slower.

Rather then say... "Time moves and affects things different in the Warp"

Big E was also a master of gene engineering, while also being the most powerful psyker ever, it wouldn't be absurd to just assume he just combined those two traits to attain biological immortality. Some novels describe how he can also warp time with his mind, so that could also have something to do with it.

And time does move differently in the warp. Not specifically slower or faster, just differently. There was a short story about an imperial ship that entered a specialy warpy part of the galaxy to answer a distress call, and before it got there, they realized there was nothing at the location of the distress call, and then got attacked by warp thingies and had to send their own distress call. Turns out that ship entered a stable time loop and the distress call they initially picked up was their own distress call, being broadcasted from the future due to the nature of the warp in that area.

Yes but I mean something like... perhaps

Time moves much faster in the warp, but things "depreciate" and "Fatigue" much slower.

I still remember how time worked in Exalted's Malfaeas (Or rather Hell) where... TECHNICALLY it is frozen in time AND time moves infinitely fast... at the same time. (Basically time there doesn't move unless someone outside interacts with it... and while they are interacting with it... it always takes a moment no matter how long it takes.)

That's... Perfectly plausible using binary direction.

Time moves much faster in the warp, but things "depreciate" and "Fatigue" much slower.

The first one isn't actually just time, since the rate at things depreciate can be considered separate to time. The second one's a better example, but I still don't really see how that's time moving 'sideways' compared to the norm, though I guess if you thought about it like time being on an Argand diagram, with that particular one infinite in the i/b] direction but 0 in the Re.

I think, don't quote me on this but I think that there are more rules than the ones explicitly said, or perhaps they are indeed expanded upon on some books.

For example, Chaos marines or cultist or "real" people of flesh and bone are "marooned" to physics (up to a point) and have to travel from whenever they are to whenever they want to go "old fashion" style. Demons can indeed be spawned anywhere in real-space but it requires special conditions and such. I guess they can indeed travel the warp and go anywhere, but daemons wouldn't escort them once outside the warp, at least not powerful ones. The thing of the eye of terror is that warp and real space are all mashed together and I think demons can make the transition to here without much fuss, that or something about warp engulfing everything if the eye expands. The fluff is sometimes really confusing.

The eye is basically a thin spot between the dimensions so the rules are all kinda botched up since you have one thing bleeding into another and causing all kinds of shitty things. One of them being pretty much impossible warp travel, well, one that you survive atleast. The reason the crusades always go for Cadia is that Necrons built a bunch of pylons in the region to contain the warp storm from expanding and fucking up more of the galaxy. These pylons act as stabilizing thingies, separating things that should be separate.

So basically, while you techincally can travel pretty much anywhere using the warp (atleast in the galaxy) you also have no-go zones which murder you in bad ways, the eye being surrounded by one such zone and the only part that isn't like that is the Cadian gate.

Failbbadon the Harmless being incredibly inefficient at doing any permanent damage to the imperiumANYTHING is kind of a running gag :v

And yes, the more powerful Daemons can pretty much go anywhere unless the emperor's influence is around, which is why major daemons usualy need sacrifices, rituals or warp gates to assault imperial worlds. Chaos Marines and the kind of stuff that joins black crusades are not full fledged daemons, so they need to travel in realspace and the warp using traditional methods. Even the most powerful chaos warlocks cant teleport themselves from planet to planet, thats a feat reserved for people like malcador, magnus and the emprah (and maybe ahriman).

The chaos primarchs could maybe possibly do it, but they dont join black crusades since they're affiliated with a chaos god in particular, with the exception of lorgar who worships all of the warp, but has been locked in some monastery meditating for the past 10 thousand years or so, for reasons never properly explained.

It's been repeatedly hinted at in the HH Novels, short stories....so no, it's the complete opposite of fan fiction. The idea comes straight from the horse's mouth.
