Don't certain guard regiment wear fur clothing?
The Vostroyans are the first to spring to mind.

Don't certain guard regiment wear fur clothing?

Valhallans have small amounts, mostly in their hats, Vostroyans have some, again mostly in the hats, Kaledonians have some as well I think.

I think those are the main three for wearing fur, but in a military the size of the guard I wouldn't be surprised if there's an entire regiment that wears cloaks made from the skin of mouse sized dinosaurs. Leather is quite common and falls under the same general criteria as fur.

Other than fur several space marine chapters wear leather and reptile hide, including the Salamanders who kill literal dragons so much that they sometime throw great chunks of their hide over their dreadnoughts and tank chassis.

No no, thats just the blood.

Wouldn't be surprised if there was artifacts made of human skin and bones of notable humans, though, I mean, ecclesiarchy is heavily based on the catholic church, and its not like the catholic church doesnt have tons of artifacts consisting of a saint's bodypart.

It's Matt Ward, it's called "Khornate Knights", and it involves the Grey Knights having NOT ENOUGH PURITY to even safely get into a planet and kill daemons, but there's a sororitas cathedral on an orbiting moon which is untainted and therefore showing EXCEPTIONAL PURITY so naturally the only way they can avoid the corrupting Chaos influence is to slaughter them all and shmear their armor with holy blood.

Basically, some Chaos cultists infect a DAoT nanoswarm with chaos and unleash it on a world, they call it the Bloodtide because it makes you bleed to death out of every orifice when in contact and also I think it's supposed to look like a red cloud or something, praise Khorne. Being a super-advanced nanoswarm, nobody can fight it and the world is rapidly being consumed. Thus, the Grey Knights are called.

When the Grey Knights get there, they discover that a coven of SoBs on the planet have successfully used the purity of their faith in the Emperor to repel the Bloodtide. Then Matt Ward starts masturbating at his desk and has the Grey Knights slaughter the SoBs and paint wards on their armor with their pure blood.

It is somewhat of a trend.

Thats bad.  I hope they ended up saving somebody or the industry of the planet or something after that at least

Otherwise nuking the planet would have been both simpler and as effective.

If belief can cause wards to work, can disbelief cause chaos to weaken?

Sort of, the ability of the warp to affect you is determined by your soul strength. People with weakly positive or negative souls are affected less. For example, a warp fireball that incinerates a normal man might only singe a blank, and would fizzle in air before even reaching a pariah.

Of course, there are limitations. If a daemon is summoned, it's physically there - your belief in it is irrelevant (though a pariah would badly disorient it just by being near and could probably hurt it through touch alone).

This gives me the mental image of a Pariah lecturing a Daemon on why it's being bad and should behave properly, punctuating the lecture with slaps.

Also, Matt Ward isn't all bad.
