I was actually quite suprised by that, since I also used that word once and despite that it was in much more uncalled for situation I got only like 10 days ban, not perm. It kinda annoys me because I can't really think I ever used that word as an serious offensive word but that's proably just 4chan bad influence.

The problem with Slannesh is that at first you want perfection and good looks but then you end up making a painting using mixed bodily fluids (and solids) of all sorts, making music with living people used as harps and giving yourself crazy amounts of piercings and maybe a tentacle there and here.
