Same problem it'd still come down a long list of questions. IRC just makes the whole thing a lot faster and simpler to handle then doing it on the forum.

Huh? I was talking about recruiting NPC's dude.

I've got 2 major meetings planned for it which assuming they don't fall flat will mean large groups of NPC's I need to persuade and they're going to throw all sorts of different points of view, requests and demands at me.
Responding to it will be simpler for me to do IRC and probably simpler for Blitz to keep track of as well.

I'm aiming a lot higher then 15. But I have no idea about the numbers until the time comes. The more I can recruit the better because once I can get them equipped it'll allow me to start cleaning house over large areas of a territory in a short amount of time.

Probably won't be able to found a guild right off the bat, though. I don't know if Blitz will have time to write for every NPC in your group, so some might wind up being nameless goons.

Pretty much this.
Heck, they don't even >need< to be real NPCs.
Just a group of people tossing questions your way.
And the amount that join is equal to the amount of questions you answered in a way the group found favorable or something.

Works for me.

Well I don't expect them all to. In any group the greater majority follow where the strongest of the group lead.

But choice of it they join or not is down to how persuasive you are and if it fits the personality they've been given. I checked a while ago before I planned my guild.

... In other words, being able to answer questions or present issues in a way they find favorable.

Basically. An interesting challenge for sure and it means people will quit if they dislike things.

But the number of questions has nothing to doo with it, it's entirely up to Blitzs interpretation.

Yes. Yes it is. :p.
So, posting the character sheets in a couple of minutes, although it could be longer.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.
