And yet, it has nothing to do with that. It is the simple fact that Orks are that much bulkier, and as such have a much harder time sneaking and hiding.

But orks aren't. Some of them are in some settings in others they range from tall and slim to big and bulky in some they're all short and spindly.
I just don't wanna be forced to pick a specific race to play my character or end up being punished for it.

If Elves and Dark Elves were a thing, would there be any specific differences in terms of bonuses? Or just alternate versions, ie. Elves being good at beneficial potions, Dark Elves being good at poisons and whatnot?

Humans are effectively a big walking disadvantage because no matter what your trying to make somebody else is going to do it better.

Hmm...
Perhaps certain races have certain starting stats, an you can add or take away from those? For example, an Orc might start with 15 STR, but you can take away from that and put the points where you think you want them?

I guess. Then it just adds in massive levels of racism as well when your own people dislike you for not being orky enough.

I mean, I don't see the problem with that in fantasy games like this, as it adds a level of reali - well, no,that wouldn't be really racism. That would just be picking on you due to being different, which is also a real life thing.

I'm gonna vote non-combat magic, and... I mean, I don't even care with races.

I wasn't complaining about races or the racism they would add. I quite like the horrid realism it adds to fantasy settings.
