Considering that weapon hits are mostly physics based, none of that accuracy crap, the flail does have that.
The sword-breaker does get an increased chance of breaking swords, yes.

Nope, you can start with herbs. It's simply that they'll be weak Lv.1 herbs, and it will b entirely random which ones you get.
This is acceptable.
That post will be the one to refer to, then.

What if it was 1 dagger, black cloak w/hood, and since I'm a assassin class, the ability to stealth around monsters.

That's not quite how it works. If anything, you'd need a Skill for that.

Just grab a dagger some leather armor and a hooded cloak then take backstab and sneak during skill selection, simples.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

Huh. That actually sounds like something from, say, an RPG.
"Hey I wanna play a rogue."

That's half of what I wanna do...can it be possible in the game with some tweaking?

The other half is being an information broker. I'd go in and out of dungeons just scouting for bosses and treasure rooms.

Take what I can and then head out to sell info to the big guilds.

You should totally take scribe as a proffession and play sir mark of poland the ninja cartographer.

Because selling treasure maps is always profitable.

I'd watch it 3man boss rooms and treasure rooms have a nasty habit of closing the door behind you so you can't get out.

Anyway these are my skills.

Exotic weapons.
Duel wield.
Throwing.
Smithing.
Leatherworking.
Tracking.
Stealth.
Mining.
Bartering.
Detection.

Not just SAO.

Name an mmo in which once you walk into a raid boss you can walk back out. Because I've never played one that allows it. Hell the 2 biggest MMO's in the world WOW and KOTOR both do it. Once you go in it's do or die.

Actually in SAO only 2 of the boss rooms actually prevented you from leaving that were shown in the anime most of them you could walk in and out.

And? What's your point? So, MMOs have that mechanic. Cool.

Just pointing out the risk in 3mans plan. A character built to avoid direct combat walking into that kind of situation is highly likely to come back out in little bitty pieces.
