31. If you win by rule 27 or rule 30, you do not need to have 20 plump helmets. This is an exception to rule 4.

32. Rules 42, 53, 64, 75 and 86 are to be followed only when all players have in total more than (10*number_of_players) plump helmets.

35. The game master reserves the right to deactivate any number of rules from 2 to 100 he chooses before the game starts under any circumstances.  He/She is not required to share which rules have been deactivated.  There are no exceptions to this rule.

36. The game master changes, either every 2 days, or when something happens that specifically changes who it is. It defaults to whoever is running the game.

37. If another player has more Red Cards than the current Game Master, they can utilize the special action Coup d' Etat. In Coup d' Etat, the Usurping player and Game Master both roll a die with a number of sides equal to the number of Red Cards they have, i.e., a Usurping Player with 8 Red Cards rolls an 8-sided Die. If the Usurping Player wins, they become Game Master, and Usurped Game Master dies. If the Usurping Player loses, they spend one day in Mega Castle Penitentiary Prison Jail.

35. The plague will appear every other turn and force a player to have the "sick" effect, in which they can do nothing for a turn

36. Each player is allocated a number going from 0-9. The order in which actions are executed are determined by the game masters favorite irrational number.

((Example:  Player A has chosen the number 3, player B the number one. The Game master's favourite irrational number is pi. In that case A will go first, and then B.))

EDIT: oops just reread the rules. Um...

37. All rules whose numbers start with 3 and end with 4 are to be disregarded if the number of players in the game is greater than 0.

42. At the end of every turn you vote for a player. The player that is most voted for, loses all their plump helmets. Also, this rule makes you realize that this rule is in fact rule number 42. Not 38. Someone dun goof'd. *cough*cough*yourmaster*cough*cough*
