Move to (10,4), SHANK Arsonist B! Personal Skill activates (because Arsonist B attacked someone other than Harlan)!

:Hey Harlan! Remember when you said these magic tricks wouldn't do me any good? Well look at this!

Harold showed off the bags of coins he stole and then brushed off the fire that the arsonist started on his clothes.

Kain flourished his blade with the nearby foes dead. "Let them come to us! These sands will slow them just as they did us, and the advantage will be ours!" Kain smirked, ignoring his burn for now. There'd be time to treat his wound when these scum who'd thought to best him were bleeding in the sand.

Juna speaks another few words under her breath, and the winds seem to shift around her, shifting the sands to make each step cover far more ground than it reasonably should have. As she seemed to glide into the treeline, the great book opened once more, and as the dark words fled her mouth, the pages she read them from seemed to smolder and burn, the ashes carried away by the wind without harming the rest of the book. When one landed on her skin, though, she flinched and her demeanor shifted, just for an instance, to that of someone terribly frightened and in over her head. Within a moment, though, her more competent persona had once more taken hold, somewhat flustered by being forced to hurriedly aim and allow the oscillating line of black light to shoot from her hand, withering and dessicating the flesh of the bandit whom was it's target.

Move to 9.6, Flummox the Cutthroat.

: "Damn it, group up! An' you!" The bandit leader pointed at one of his axemen ahead, "Set up a surprise for 'em and clear out, let 'em come to us!" The axeman, surprisingly enough, seemed to recognize the order and started messing with something behind the dead foliage.

Once more, Juna strode forward, skimming the enemy lines without letting any of them come quite close enough to touch her, settling behind a small copse trees and opening her book again. This time, the black beam faltered slightly as the mage it was directed towards answered with a gout of flame, the woman flinching back as it was split by her energy, the swirling light surrounding it a remarkable display, especially if one was far enough away that the heat haze distorted it further. Once it was over, the only marks to show for it a bit of soot, the woman slumped down, shivering. Atrisse was in control again, and had been in control just long enough to see the fires approaching...and the Others were not pleased with Juna's inability to shield her from the ordeal.

Once Harlan attacks, and only if he attacks Arsonist D, move to 9.1 and Flux Arsonist D.
