I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter in this case. But with the home rules in the op I am duel wielding at -2 penalty, not -4, and smite evil still does has half it's effect on neutral people. Also detect evil takes a few turns and an action to work.

Sorry about the delay guys. I haven't been feeling recently. Also, I will be at college orientation Sunday to Tuesday, so don't expect an update till Thursday. Tomorrow is last update.

Well, I'm a dumb ass. Thank you for reminding me. I wont make those mistakes again. I'm assuming that you activated DE before combat started.

Nah, I'm not going to use detect evil on everyone, because that would preclude my character from playing this game seeing as the high level of evil the rest of the party is going for. Also because it morally doesn't really matter if the people we are fighting are evil or not.

Also, do I still have my smite evil then? Or is it gone?

Edit: Oh, also detect evil has a range of 60 feet, and we started further then that away from our enemies I believe, and keeping concentration on detect evil would eat up my standard actions. So I couldn't use detect evil on them even if I wanted to.

We're not likely to get into another fight, I'd imagine, so you might as well use spells.

Ifd we do we'll have to leg it.

It's alright. I haven't updated my Arrowflight game in ages.

Poor casters. You guys already going flaccid? I guess all the little spell slingers can go take a nap as this metal-swinger finishes the job.

No offense. :p

I'm sorry I never got back to this until now. You still have your Smite.

Since none of you have ever seen psionics in the flesh, you can't recognize it.

The tournament is being held on the outskirts of a city, where you can buy those things.

The tournament is scheduled to last a week, and is split into 3.5 phases.
The first half a phase is signups.
The first true phase is the standard melee elimination rounds, which there are three. You have completed two. Tomorrow will decide if you progress to the second phase.
The second phase is currently unknown to you, but you have heard rumors that a famous Huntmaster who specialized in infiltration has designed the next challenge. It is scheduled to take two days.
The third and final phase is also unknown, and is supposed to be presided over by Logan Trenar. It is scheduled to take a single day.
Edit: Didn't mean to post. Adding more.
Edit 2: Done now.
