The archers, seeing it is only the two of them left, throw down their bows and run like hell to the west.

The rest of the Itolan military arrives with the other mercenaries just as the archers successfully flee. There are a few casualties among the various companies but for the most part those that managed to survive are in good shape. Geoffrey looks over his crew and notes there is yet another new woman among his ranks. However, his main concern is Lian, as she has yet to be healed.

"Hilde, Alex, healing our wounded is your first priority. Everyone else comes second."

Edward just idles in place as Ernst questions Martyn, patiently waiting for a chance to speak with the Itolan General.
