Jin LemonJin ties the blanket around his neck like a cape, and suddenly gets a strange feeling that it will only work if he completely covers himself with it - not to mention realizing that the thing is so huge, it's going to severely hinder any attempt to walk. As he peeks out of his box, he notices that the chest is rising, and sees Flabort and Jonathan standing on the blue sludge.
Jason CadwenJason pockets the goo canister, then looks around for a decent box to ride in. Noticing Flabort standing on the goo with no problems, he decides to be a jokester and ends up standing on two empty - and remarkably strong - soap boxes.
Rivae NalvaikeRivae hops into a nearby casket and closes the lid tightly, hearing a loud thud mere moments afterwards. Deciding to see if he can open the lid, he finds that he has apparently been locked inside, and can feel
something tickling his legs. Said something crawls up his body, stopping on his chest before... Giving a small bark and licking his chin.
Libitina KeshanodalLibitina stands on the dumpster, only to find that the ceiling is much farther away than she thought. By this point, the blue sludge has reached the dumpster-sized box, but instead of sinking, it seems to be pushing the box upwards, almost as if it's a solid floor. Regardless, she decides to hop into the spacious box, and rides slowly upwards.
Flabort the Immortal DemilichFlabort takes a small box wrapped in red-with-green-stripes wrapping paper and goes to float it on the goo. As he does so, he accidentally steps on the sludge, finding it to be rather solid and serving as a nice floor. So nice, in fact, the he doesn't even need the box - but he decides to sit on it anyways, so his legs won't get tired.
Jonathan MasterJonathan starts
making it rain tossing twenties onto the goo, noticing that they sit on top as though it's solid. Like everyone else that has tried to find a way out, he eventually finds that the only way to reach the ceiling is to wait for the sludge - now under his feet - to push them up.
Herinrich von Stuarm GuntharHerinrich looks around for something to ride on, and a sudden motion caught in the corner of his vision causes him to turn his head and notice an iron casket several feet away. Not really seeing any better alternative, he walks over and plops down on top of it with a loud thud.
The geyser of sludge once again increases in strength, sending the party towards the hole in the ceiling at a reasonable pace now.
You know the drill.Sludge harmless.Boxes rising.Ceiling hole.
Wait. Or interact while I work on the room.Rolls have been hidden now, not all things had rolls, standard rules for failure didn't apply for a handful of reasons - Flabort actually got a five, as the best roll revealed that the goo was harmless. As for Kevak's situation, I had about twenty different boxes, and the two of you happened to roll the same one.
Anyways, now I need to think of how I should make the next room, as you guys rolled one of the better ones.
And, just a note, new information is going to be added to your character sheets on the first page as it is introduced. Stats are coming in this room - you lucky devils - and status effects will be encountered eventually.
Oh. Waitlist? Put me there.
((Done.))
