I mean, if you want an HP regaining one, you could do something like +5 HP every time Sarrani kills an enemy, or whenever she reduces someone below 50% health. If you want a hit boosting one, you could try +15 Hit when within 3 squares of an ally, or when above 50% HP, etc.
