This is an inverse Adventure RTD. Instead of being the heroes, your job is to stop them. You will likely fail at this. Because this focuses on the heroes, situational rolls that are normally bad (1s and 2s) are good for you (ex. The overlord decides to send out (1) half his army to slaughter the beleaguered and outnumbered heroes). However, combat works normally (ex. Hero attacks Mook 1 [6 vs. 3] and slices Mook 1's head off). I'll start with 5 players

Personality: No need for that.
Bonus: You can get a -2 accuracy and regular armor. -1 to accuracy and light armor, or no penalty to accuracy and no armor.
