On the other end, A scrawny, white rat, burning with witchlight, Queethrit the Omnipotent, glowers back.
Queethrit moves with lightning speed, vastly outstripping Mad Jack. It's staff at the ready, it casts some sort o spell, and appears to have luck on it's side (Casting roll of 7 vs 3). Mad Jack Charges, lunging in with the spike on his bill, easily striking Queethrit! (04), but merely scratching him for a single wound. Queethrit lashes back, slamming into the side of Jack's knee, taking 7 wounds with it. Jack, enraged, releases an all out attack on Queethrit (49, +20 to ws) , who fails to parry it, scoring a solid hit with the flat of the Bill, hitting for 10 wounds, causing a critical hit! The flat of your blade strikes your opponent's shin, forcing him to pass a Challenging (-10%) WP test(05, success) or drop his weapon and spend until the end of his next turn hopping on
one leg, swearing and grasping his bruised shin, losing one half-action while thus occupied. Taking his new foe seriously, Queethrit flees at top speed to the end of the arena, forcing Jack to follow. Jack's charge (91) is easily parried (13), and Queethrit fires a blast of burning green flames directly into his chest, taking away 4 more wounds! Jack adopts a defensive stance, and waits
Queethrit tries to follow it up with another blast if flame, succeeding (
but Jack swings first, prepared! His forewarning, however, merely sends the hellish blast into his left leg! (74) for a 4 point crit. Flame licks his target's leg and hip, causing a penalty of -20% to his Ws until the end of his next turn. Jack, realising his next course of action, tackles the ratling (27, +20 WS for all out attack) who fails to escape his hold (99 Agility save). Queethrit strugles (73 vs 37) to break it, but jack plants his boot in the middle of his spine, and yanks, hard on both of Queethrit's arms. (21 vs 65) The wrenching hold breaking a rib in his side, causing him a penalty of –10% to all tests for the duration of the battle. The blow will also have caused a minor bleeding in the kidney of that side.Miraculously, Queethrit throws off the hold (01, -10 strength vs 68). Jack, having none of this, Slams the heel of his hand into Queethrit's sternum (06), but dosen't cause enough damage to harm him (1 vs 4 toughness).Queethrit grabs that arm, and sends rippling, lambent warpfire up it, A jet of fire burning the arm clean off at the elbow, stunning
your target for 7 turns and causing a penalty of –20% to all tests for the rest of the battle.
He stands over his fallen enemy, and let's lose his victory howl.
