Drawn to the shiny new arena, you think on just how hard it would be to enter the gladiator business, and just how much money you stand to gain...

Name: The name of your team, brand, or stable
Gladiators: This is your stock of Gladiators. You may lay claim to a gladiator, as long as you can pay their claim
Money: Your seed money. You start with 500 gold coins, but will need to spend some to afford gladiators. You acquire cash for gladiators entered in events
Active Gladiators: The Gladiators who will automatically be run in Duel events in your name. Special events will need to be specifically entered.

You may at any time negotiate terms with other gladiator stables-perhaps you might rent out one of your own stars, or sell them to another.

WP: affects how likely the gladiator is to collapse from pain of his injuries
Fel: Affects how personable the gladiator is- instrumental for drawing big crowds, and may influence the sponsor's decision
A: The number of attacks the gladiator can make
W: The number of wounds the gladiator can sustain before he begins suffering lethal hits.
SB: The Strength Bonus to damage
TB: The toughness bonus to armour
M: The Gladiator's Movement speed, in meters per turn
Mag: The gladiator's ability to command the Aethyr
IP:  The Gladiator's accumulated insanity. They gain insanity from suffering lethal damage
FP: How lucky the gladiator is. Can save them from certain death.

Gladiators also have personality traits, that may affect how they fight
Name: Their name. Self explanitory
Race: What race the gladiator is
Career: What career they had before being introduced to the arena, of their own free will or not.
Cost: how much this gladiator demands for a contract
Status: if a Gladiator is free, or a slave. Freemen may elect to leave or not participate in a fight, but tend to be better fighters. May negotiate better contracts.
Style: how the Gladiator fights. Affects what actions they choose to take in combat
Skills: Any skills the gladiator might have
Talents: Any talents the gladiator might have
Insanities: How much the arena has taken it's toll on the gladiator
Gear: the Gladiator's equipment. You can buy more for them to increase their chances
AP: The Gladiator's armour points to various bodily locations. Derived from gear

Shield- 10 GC: Good for parrying, and makes it harder to be shot. Weakens the spellcasting of it's user

Replacement parts

Peg Leg - 7 GC. Reduces the movement penalty from lost legs
Hook     -5 GC. Enables basic hand use, but not weaponry. Best Quality may be used as weapons.

Medicines

Healing Draught- 15 GC: A simple beverage of herbs, and not too many opiates. Fully heals gladiators who have not been critically injured.
Surgery: Varies. Perform delicate surgery to undo otherwise permanent damage. Cost is per treatment attempt. May have minor side effects

1:GC: Good                 70%
10:GC Best                  90%
Magical Healing: Varies, but often no less than 100 GC; A blast of healing magic from the gods themselves. Can undo permanent damage.
Mandrake Root- 25 GC: An addictive painkiller.
Cure All- 1 GC: A tonic that allegedly cures everything. Can have random effects.
Sigmar's Blood- 5 GC: An antibacterial tonic. Those who take it are never quite right in the head after that though.

Events:

Rent the arena: 500GC: You get the take for that day's duels.

Once you've purchased the Arena, you may set up one of the following events

Tournament: Single elimination nonlethal tournament. Gladiators must be entered by their owners, and you may specify the entrance fee and prize for the victor.

Team Fight: 2v2 or 3v3 matches. Gladiators must be entered by their owners. One team does not have to be from one owner's stable- they can be mixed and matched.

Bridge Fight: Two gladiators. One bridge. One pit full of spikes. Gladiators must be entered by their owner.

Other: Invent an Event. The owners of the arena may accept or reject it.
