If we go the rich nobles riding dinosaurs I'm out, mostly because I don't wanna ride Sentinels or robo dino cavalry cause its not something that appeals to me.

Let me see if I can help a little more actively. First, we'll pick the regiment type, which is probably the easiest bit, and then develop a concept from there. What are you people more interested in?

Do you want to focus on the adventures of a tank crew? Are you more interested in having a group focused on performing recon missions, probably with terrible happenings whenever enemy fire is involved? Does digging trenches and preparing defensive emplacements and trusting them to protect you in the first few seconds of a firefight appeal to you? How about being the first at the scene, dropped from the skies, and the last ones out, probably in body bags? Would you rather be something closer to the bog standard infantryman, who marches towards their death with a steeled heart, or is a more up-and-in-your-face charging cavalrymen your style?

From what I saw, some of the most popular types of regiments for most gaming groups are Drop Troops (first ones in, last ones out), Siege Infantry (dig a hole, hope it holds) and Line Infantry (march and die). In case we agree on Drop Troops, I'd like to offer Vniedik as the homeworld.

Recon works for me. Or Drop Troops, if I get a Valkyrie. If not, a Mechanized Infantry regiment would appeal, since I get to be chaffeur.
