Those are advanced specialties. You have to switch to them when you gain enough experience.

Anything except Ratling, Ogryn, Commissar, Tech-Priest or Priest.

Any main class. You can essentially retrain as you like.

I would recommend maybe the Weapons Specialist, or that melee stealth guy.
